LEASE ADDENDUM: Additional Appliance Request

TENANT(S) has the option to request additional appliances to accommodate their living needs. The terms and conditions of the Additional Appliance Request - Addendum are as follows:

  1. Additional appliances can be rented from the LANDLORD at a fee of:

    • 2nd Refrigerator - $30.00 per month for 12 months

  2. The LANDLORD will try to accommodate the TENANT(S) request for additional appliance(s) but can never guarantee the appliance(s) will be available at your time of move-in. If the LANDLORD is unable to fulfill the TENANT(S) request no fees will be applied to the accounts

  3. Commitment from a single person on the Residential Lease Contract enrolls EVERY person on the contract to all of the terms and conditions of the Additional Appliance Request – Addendum

By filling out the information below, the TENANT agrees to have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Additional Appliance Request – Addendum. Execution of this addendum will result in monthly billing to the accounts of ALL TENANT(S) on the Residential Lease Contract.
