Executive House Pet Agreement


Fees & Payment:
Residents agree to pay a $20.00 monthly fee for the animal(s) listed above. Payment is due at the same time as the apartment rent and is subject to all the same terms and conditions of the apartment lease.

Agreement Terms:
This agreement is binding between the above listed resident and grants permission for the listed animal to reside in their apartment. Residents are limited to 2 cats per unit. Residents understand and agree that management may revoke this privilege any time management deems that the animal is a nuisance, dangerous or that the stipulated rules and regulations have been violated. If this privilege is revoked, you will have to remove the animal from the premises immediately and permanently. It is further agreed and understood that any further stipulations set out by management will be followed and only the animal named above will occupy the said premises.

  • I/We understand that any animal on the premises without prior permission from Executive House Apartments is subject to a $25.00/day fine as stated in my apartment lease under the “pet clause”.
  • Residents understand that the pet must not disturb the rights, comforts or conveniences of other residents or their guests whether the pet is inside or outside the apartment.
  • Permission for the animal listed above is contingent on the payment of a one-time non-refundable fee of $100.00 per pet. This sum is to be received by Executive House Apartments prior to the animal being brought onto the premises. This is not a limit on the resident’s liability for property damages, cleaning, deodorization, flea treatment, or personal injuries. Resident understands that they risk the apartment security deposit should the animal do sufficient damage to the apartment.
  • Cats must be kept up to date with licensing & vaccinations. Failure to provide adequate proof will be grounds for immediate revocation of this agreement.
  • All animals must be always leashed and attended to in the common areas. They may not be tied or chained outside of the apartment or anywhere else on the property. Animal Control will be called immediately and without notice to the resident if any loose or unattended animals are seen on the property.
  • Residents are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets if they defecate or do any damage to the property. Failure to do so could result in heavy fines, clean-up costs, and the loss of the privilege of having the pet.
  • Residents agree to have the carpets professionally deodorized when they have it professionally cleaned at move out.
  • INDEMNITY CLAUSE: Residents shall indemnify, defend, and hold Landlord harmless from and against any actions, claims, and suits (including legal fees and costs) arising from damage or injury from or to pet.
