Rent Redistribution Form

When multiple TENANT(S) enter into a Residential Lease Contract, the entire amount of the monthly rent is the responsibility of ALL the TENANT(S) and their Cosigners if applicable. The LANDLORD automatically splits the rent equally amongst all the TENANT(S) and bills their individual accounts. If ALL the TENANT(S) on the contract agree to split the monthly rent in a way that is not equal amongst all TENANT(S), all parties must complete and sign the required information below.

Terms & Conditions of the Rent Distribution Form:

The Rent Redistribution From does not change the Joint Liability of all TENANTS(S) and their Cosigners from the fulfillment of all terms set forth in the Residential Lease Contract including the monthly rent as a whole.
The changes in rent will be applied to the following billing cycle:
